~ Chris: EdManage is awful! My student loan was sold to them and I hate them. I have always paid, more than the minimum amount due and had funds automatically withdrawn. When my loan was sold to them, that stopped.i contacted them to ask why funds were not being withdrawn even though I had set everything up through their site and was told that the reason was because I was ahead on my payments and their was no way to set it up to take more than the minimum payment and it wouldn't withdraw funds if I was paid ahead. It wouldn't allow me to schedule additional payments, even manually, if I was enrolled in edraft. When you do make a payment, it doesn't give you a confirmation number, or tell you when the money will be withdrawn. The only date it shows is the date that your next payment is due and the amount due. The first couple times, I wasn't sure that I had even made a payment until a few days later when the money came out of my bank account. Seriously? Additionally, it took about ** phone calls

~ Chris: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ Chris: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about EdManage's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ Chris: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other EdManage customers?
~ Chris: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for EdManage to know who you are.
