~Doc: Told to use the web site to get an issue fixed,web site did not work. Had to call the operator and be manually connected. CS is in India lol what a joke. **Pradeep does NOT speak English he is a MORON. Someone needs to educate him on the products he is supposed to support or at least tell him the names of the products. Bravo EA successfully pissed me off by hiring the cheapest people around. I fail to see why I would purchase any game tokens etc with this type of "support." **Paul - had to get on the phone and the issue was fixed in two minutes.**Bring CS Back to America!
