~Janet Spano: Can not get my problem resolved. System on line or on phone with live customer person will not accept my payment for Jan. ****. Sent check with paperwork certified. They received it on ***** and sent a letter saying my check was not in envelope. I know it was, however, since my only interest is that I have health insurance I have tried to pay it over the phone and online with multiple methods - all have been declined. Have been told it is because it is in process. This is * weedks of wasted time getting me no where. I need help. One of your employees Janell id *AD***** tried to help me
