GetHuman-152848: Gee, it only took * calls to get to talk to a human! The IVR "loop" is ridiculously inadequate. Empire really needs to make the benefit verification process more user friendly and complete. I am happy to use an IVR when the information is complete, but I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get simple benefit coverage info. Once I finally reached Bruce (he was great!) in Customer Service, it took less than * minutes to obtain the info I needed. I would venture a guess that whoever set up the IVR has never had to call in and had to fight to get any information, or it would have been changed immediately!
