~vonnie: I work for a City *****and I tried to give them a code for the discount. They put me on hold and never came back to the phone and kept me waiting until office closed. They were unfriendly, uninformed and not at all helpful. They grunt at you instead of talking to you. I plan to elevate my complaint to the BBB because this is not the first time this happened.
