~catkesler: We made an online reservation weeks ago for a one-way trip, only to find out when we arrived that debit cards are NOT accepted for one-way trips. No where in the rental agreement was this stated. While the agent at the counter was very nice and apologetic, there was no way he could help us. We had to go back to the airport and take another shuttle to Avis where we quickly got what we needed. On Christmas Day with * children in tow, and the only help from Enterprise was phone numbers of their competitors? We will never use Enterprise again.
