GetHuman-thomaswm: Have had free rewards days to with spent all last year to use one.April **** we rented a car to marry in S.Lake Tahoe, planned all the prior year,rented car from Enterprise on Franklin Blvd thought all would be great,wedding, Honeymoon until half hour after wedding Enterprise call swearing our Mastercard wouldn't work.NO matter what we tried raced back to Sacramento losing ***.** * fee,lost room,everything, total ***.**,to receive an apology that card numbers were written wrong, something I told four times to Gambino .This year entire **** I begged our free rewards use,got to Enterprise, was if I'd said nothing all year.We spend averge **- ****@ year to keep being kicked around,cars been in driveway all weekend except grocery store. Really,Really! !! Three times, * years.Thanks
