Book a car for a certain days at a special rate and they switch the days on you arbitrarily after you pay and then refuse to refund the money unless you change your reservation to their higher rate. Mine went from $** to over $***. Enterprise and Hotwire will never get any more of my money. Look for a class action soon for these actions.
