GetHuman-269122: I was very pleased with being able to talk to a human. They will be replacing my printer w*in *-* days via Fed Ex. I purchased the printer * months ago at Staples... was hoping to do the return there but Staples warrantee expired. Epson is replacing the printer and I need to send the one I have back. Very happy with the outcome although I it would be nice if they could do this through Staples... I could get the printer quicker. Oh yea... I did not use the number that Staples gave me for customer service, I used this one.

GetHuman-269122: For that I would say two out of five.
