GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Epson customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~BillH: It took forever to get someone to answer, and also who did answer spoke with a broken English accent, I had to repeat myself *-* times on almost every question, Was treated like I was a dummy even when I told the person I had more Knowledge than your average every day person. Now I have to get a *RD Replacement Printer the XP-*** with a bad Document feeder. When someone at the home office should have checked the *nd Printer to make sure the Document feeder was working. This was the most unhappy experience I have ever had with a Computer Technology Company!!! After this experience I do not think I will ever buy another EPSON, nope I think NOT!!!!!!

~BillH: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Epson's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BillH: For that I would say four out of five.

~BillH: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Epson to know who you are.
