GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Equifax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~RAMoar@shaw.ca: *. went on line to try to obtain my (so called) FREE credit report. Had to give my credit card number for the first month free after which it would be charged on a monthly basis. Refused to do this.**. phone Equifax customer service num at ***-***-****. Phone line was such poor quality and woman who answered had thick Asian accent. Difficulty understand and finally she gave me the so called direct number for customer service in Canada.***. called *** ***-****. But in order to talk to someone or leave message had to know what extension I needed or type in the last and first name of a person who works in Equifax. * *. Called Asia a back again. Spoke with a short tempered woman who said the number in Canada was correct and I was just dialing it wrong. **. hung up in disgust and re-dialed the so called "Canadian" number. Could not get through. **. called Asia back again. Got a young man who gave me another Canadian Number...**** ***-**** **. got a recording that asked me for m

~RAMoar@shaw.ca: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RAMoar@shaw.ca: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RAMoar@shaw.ca: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Equifax customers?
~RAMoar@shaw.ca: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
