GetHuman-186824: After being bounced around the inefficient phone system several times and then getting hung up on after five attempts I finally managed to reach a person. Then I had to try to communicate with Habib. Habib would not put me over to the department that I needed unless I paid ** dollars and he couldn't tell me if they could even help after I paid for it. He also said that the dispute department wouldn't even talk to me until I had paid for their services in and short they couldn't answer any basic questions he would not put me over to that department because he said they would not even speak to me unless I had a confirmation number in my opinion this is very **** poor customer service
