GetHuman-435720: I waited half an hour to get a recorded message that Equifax was updating and to please call back in ** minutes. Are you kidding????????????? Who has time like this to spend holding. Get real people on all your lines, your menu's **** even worse. I've been trying to get copies of * credit reports for * days now. It can't POSSIBLY THIS FRIGGIN HARD. That's a realitively simple task, is it not???????????
