GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Equifax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Pearl: Convo started rough, CS had accent and would not disclose the location of call center (guessing Philippines). Requested a U.S. based call center and was transferred in friendly, professional fashion. (I do not provide SS* to any call center off mainland) THe new CS lady was equally friendly and professional. The only criticism I came away with is the shabby state of the on-line system. Even the CS lady with the nice Southern accent could not help me in the walk through to gain web access, so she will mail the results of my (previous) inquiry and a free copy of my credit report, both of which she claimed reflect the appropriate changes after dispute investigation.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Equifax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Equifax problem?
~Pearl: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pearl: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Pearl: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Equifax customers?
~Pearl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
