~NotJoseph: Got someone with English as a second language and had to spell my first name * times (it's Jason, not Joseph). Was then put on hold for * minutes. Spent the next ** minutes getting into a heated argument before demanding to speak with her supervisor for her company violating federal laws. Spent * minutes on hold again. Talked to supervisor to find out the number is for the wrong country (although the agent couldn't figure that out when I gave my address. ** minutes of my life I'll never get back and why a company would pay for **** international access is beyond me.

~NotJoseph: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NotJoseph: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NotJoseph: For that I would say five out of five.

~NotJoseph: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
