~annoyed: I called to get my free credit report after someone stole my social security number. The automated machine couldn't understand anything I said or or numbers I pressed on the number pad. Eventually it started telling me I was signing up for some active duty thing so I hung up.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Equifax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Equifax problem?
~annoyed: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~annoyed: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~annoyed: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Equifax customers?
~annoyed: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
