~M.A.B.: Once I found a number (thanks to you) for a live agent without having to buy their product (which really stinks for being a credit reporting agency) everything was great. Thank you, otherwise I would have had to buy a product of theirs to gain membership to get this phone number. I thought by law we are suppose to get a free report and to correct that report the phone number should be FREE! Thank you again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Equifax. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Equifax problem?
~M.A.B.: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~M.A.B.: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~M.A.B.: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Equifax customers?
~M.A.B.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
