GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Equifax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~fuk_equifax: Rather than listening to why I called, they're too busy upselling EDUCATIONAL CREDIT REPORTS that nobody gives a hoot about using. Nobody in the lending or credit world will use an other than FICO. In there idiotic brains, EQUIFAX has double the employees of both TRANSUNION AND EXPERIAN, yet they are also the slowest turn times when it comes to disputes, and will often play stall tactics when they are required by law to provide proof of the consumer dispute within ** freakin days. They need to get fined by the government for being stupidly slow and not abide by consumer challenges to validate and provide proof of the accuracy of their credit reporting. In my experience, they are super ******.

~fuk_equifax: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~fuk_equifax: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fuk_equifax: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Equifax customers?
~fuk_equifax: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
