~Don't have one: What a crock of **** this telephone number was. Not only did I not get my credit score (which should have been included in my Consumer Credit Report), but the operator stated I would need to pay $*.** for the credit score* she then added that if I signed up for the premium Equifax service at $** something a MONTH, I could get what I wanted. A TOTAL RIP-OFF! WHO REGULATES THESE GUYS.

~Don't have one: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Don't have one: For that I would say five out of five.

~Don't have one: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
