GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Equifax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~T: the person who helped me, was patient and vey helpful - but the first report that they sent over a month ago, I never received and Equifax apparently has no way to track that report, which is very uncomfortable to have your credit info being received by someone else! She said, they send the reports by certified mail but did not have a tracking *, which makes me doubt it was sent certified.

~T: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~T: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~T: For that I would say one out of five.

~T: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Equifax to know who you are.
