GetHuman-243984: Wish I had found this number last week. I called a different number last week and was told the only way to lift a security freeze if I didn't remember the PIN was to order a new PIN and that had to be done by snail mail. I immediately sent a letter requesting a new PIN and waited for a week with no reply. Found this number today and within * minutes had the security freeze lifted from my account.

GetHuman-243984: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-243984: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Equifax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-243984: For that I would say two out of five.
