GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Eteamz customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Sokrplyr2002: I do not recommend using this company AT ALL. I cancelled my account and they still renewed it and charged me. When I discovered the charge, I requested a refund and they refused. I would recommend going with TeamSnap as their system is much better and helps make a team managers job much easier.

~Sokrplyr2002: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Sokrplyr2002: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Eteamz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sokrplyr2002: For that I would say four out of five.
