GetHuman-380626: Every time I call to pay my bill, they cannot seem to find my account. And no one seems to be able to give me an explanation as to why that is. Transferred around and often disconnected without informing me I'm being transferred. Takes several calls back just to get someone who can help me. I get anxiety just thinking about having to call them. Horrible, horrible customer service.
