~Bert: OMG. Save me from this Co. On Residential Opt. Season Rate, not Residential Seasonal Rate. Price up $*.** a mo. Need a CPA to figure out which plan is best for me. Paying **.** cents a month for NOT USING electric during winter months!! Never waited ** minutes for NSTAR. Would love to switch to gas and will explore that option.
