~OnHold: Gave up after ** minutes on hold. This after I left my number for return call, which they returned in * minute but then gave up after ** minutes on hold again. Something is very wrong with their system*technology.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Eversource. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Eversource problem?
~OnHold: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~OnHold: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Eversource's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~OnHold: For that I would say four out of five.
