GetHuman-374581: Poor customer service. My Mom passed and I cancelled her subscription with them. Only they only cancelled * issue and provided a small refund. How was I to know that they did not do what I asked I wasn't receiving the magazine for my Mom. Well get one yesterday that says she is paid up to ****. Call them and they won't refund the missing copies for their ***** up - ended up adding some more issues to my subscription but will probably cancel the whole thing.
