GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-376978: After spending an hour on the phone to book a flight through a voucher because the website cannot be used, talking to a rep who cannot see the same price as the website and finally after ** minutes gets it, I get an email saying my flight is changed and cc charged. But I do not get a confirmation email but my credit card is charged indeed. And so two days later now again ** minutes later on a call they don't have my reservation but the charge on the card will be reversed? ** minutes I am talking to a manager who is stating to book another flight. Can we get some trained people to handle calls? And know what they are actually doing? I do not want to book another flight I had spend an hour booking a flight two days ago already. And i hope somebody actually sits and listens to the calls that are taken by your reps. In the end ** minutes later I am on hold and no flight is booked nor is a rep available to speak to.

GetHuman-376978: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-376978: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-376978: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
GetHuman-376978: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
