GetHuman-aguilar5: Hello I called de ** of January around **:** to the ***** *** **** in order to make a new reservation some guy called Giovanni who by his accent I think he is argentinian was really rude with me. **He was not kind or helpfull and he was king of shooting at me during the whole phone call. Honestly I was so mad I wanted to answer him, but I control my self.**I really hope you can look over this because I was looking for a hotel room I was happy and I don have the fault if Mr. Giovanni isnt happy in his current job.**Cheers**Angeles Aguilar ****** ** ***********Hola llame cerca de las **:** al ***** *** **** y me contesto un agente llamado Giovanni por el acento supongo que argentino y fue super grosero. No fue amable ni al principio ni al final de la llamada y honestamente me daban ganas de decirle de groser*as porque a mi no me gusta que nadie me trate as*.
