~susan: I booked this flight two times with Expedia, received confirmation numbers, and learned that my reservations were not completed. I phoned Expedia to try to remedy this situation. I waited ** minutes on hold to get to a supervisor, and within ** seconds the phone dropped off!! No one called me back, no one has alerted me to the fact that my confirmation number was meaningless and I had no reservations. The service that Expedia has provided absolutely terrible. I book hundreds of thousands of dollars of travel every year for our company, and I have never experienced such a runaround to make travel arrangements.

~susan: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~susan: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~susan: For that I would say four out of five.

~susan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
