GetHuman-311310: I have been waiting for a call back* for them to answer me on my home phone for over * hours now. I finally got through to someone and she said she worked for expedia.ca not expedia.com. This is hands down the worst customer service ever- this isn't the first time this has happened and I am sure it wont be the last.

GetHuman-311310: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
