GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Surprised to be Pleased: I was very frustrated at first by how hard it was to speak to a real human being at Expedia. The site itself is horrible in terms of finding a way to talk to a live person. But through this site, I was able to follow that *-***-***-**** (*,*, itinerary number, etc) and speak to Jover, the Expedia rep. He was a tad difficult to understand, but he did solve my problem right away and exactly to what I requested.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Expedia. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Expedia problem?
~Surprised to be Pleased: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Surprised to be Pleased: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Surprised to be Pleased: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
~Surprised to be Pleased: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
