~thunderbev@aol.com: I made and paid for a reservation through Expedia but after arriving at Air China was forced to pay an additional $****. Air China contacted Expedia on our behalf and basically summed it up that it's not their fault Expedia sold the tickets too cheaply. Having a written comfirmation was no help. And now I've spent virtually days on hold with Expedia and although they agree I should be refunded nothing it being done.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Expedia. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Expedia problem?
~thunderbev@aol.com: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~thunderbev@aol.com: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~thunderbev@aol.com: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
~thunderbev@aol.com: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
