GetHuman-370648: I paid for and made the reservation online, but the hotel did not have my reservation. Even though I had the confirmation number from expedia they had nothing for me. Stayed at a different hotel. I've been on the phone with Expedia customer service for * hours and still nobody can refund my money or resolve this issue. Unacceptable service. I will NEVER use Expedia again and I am charging back the amount through my credit card company. Would like to resolve through Expedia but I cannot get anyone on the line who can actually provide service or a decision or a resolution.
