GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~QualityLeadership: I received the poorest customer service that I have ever received by Dakota, a supervisor, at the Expedia corporate headquarters. Her behavior was unethical, unprofessional and uncaring. When asked for the information to file a complaint in regards to her behavior, she refused to provide me with the information necessary to do. Dakota stated that in her leadership position, she was not required to provide customers with information on how to file a complaint against her. I have used Expedia on many occasions, and you all have treated me very well. I would love an opportunity to speak with Dakota's superior. When dialing all of these numbers you are left on hold and then given a different number to call. I have been trying to get help for * days.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Expedia. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Expedia problem?
~QualityLeadership: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~QualityLeadership: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~QualityLeadership: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
~QualityLeadership: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
