GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~challopea: I was charged twice. First by Expedia and then by the Hotel. Called Expedia Customer Service. **Agents insisted that I called back during the business hours of the hotel, which is after **pm and before *am my local time.**Tried to negotiate with them so they solve the problem then get back to me. The answer is No. The moment my call dropped the case is closed. First time I have heard of such things.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~challopea: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~challopea: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
~challopea: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~challopea taken from his Expedia customer service problem that occurred on October 23rd, 2017.
