~Ted Koerner: Same as other...Indonesia CST "Support" just hung up when they had not real answer to a simple question. Expedia Website even had Cst Svc * removed on March *, **** due to weather related call volume...took over ** minutes to find a number embedded way down on one last page on their site. Website failed to disclose that Spirit Airlines fares don't include charges for, all carry ons, checked baggage, any pre-selection of seat, total additional charges for one round-trip flight would have been ***.**, **% above package price published by EXPEDIA. Really bad business model when there are so many alternative wholesalers. And I was a reward member who books travel for many employees. So Long EXPEDIA

~Ted Koerner: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ted Koerner: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ted Koerner: For that I would say five out of five.

~Ted Koerner: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
