~Kerry Cooper: Spent * and half hours on the phone to America from South Africa. Got dropped twice, once after *hr and ** mins, once after hour and a half. I have never had such appalling service in my life. My push buttons work fine to dial numbers but suddenly when used to make selections they say they don't understand my selection. Got thru twice and was transferred to other people who never answered the phone. Have spoken to my lawyer this afternoon because I believe I have a case of theft against Expedia. Never had such diabolical service in my ** years on earth. Forcing people to use an international call centre and thinking it is normal to tell people there is a nine our wait for assistance is absurd. Kerry Cooper

~Kerry Cooper: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kerry Cooper: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kerry Cooper: For that I would say four out of five.

~Kerry Cooper: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
