~gordo: The worst experience I have ever had with a reservation*service company. It took me about seven *** phonecalls to finally get my request handled by a very good CSR in the Phillipins. My request was simple. Please furnish me a receipt for a hotel stay of one night in that backwoods country called USA. I've been told I didn't stay where I said I did an the date I stated. I was charged on my AMERICAN EXPRESS despite the fact the charge was listed on my card. I've been hung up on a couple of times and in total, I spent about * hours trying to get a stinkin' receipt for my adventure. Expedia is the most DIFFICUT company I have ever dealt with, especially over such a minor manner. I really don't understand how they stay in business being so sloppy and unresponsive to a customers simple request!

~gordo: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~gordo: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~gordo: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
~gordo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
