~jan: Totally happy with customer services. We have been booking holidays through expedia for years never had any problems. My husband had to cancel a leg af his journey and asked if I would deal with it from aussie. With no clue what to do I rang the help desk on two seperate occasions, I was treated so nicely and they looked at all different allternatives for John. I have no doubt we will be touring through Expedia again because of the helpful customer service personel.Thank you Jan Campbell. (Thanks Alisha and Blake both of you are a credit to Expedia)

~jan: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jan: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jan: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Expedia customers?
~jan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Expedia to know who you are.
