~Phileas Fogg: Trying to book a very complicated international flight. Very good staff at the other end - the phone line dropped. I could not talk with the person who first helped me. I called again, the same thing happened. Not our phones! So a $**** flight will be booked through a TRAVEL agent NOT EXPEDIA. Also it is not possible to check RETURN trip and also MULTIPLE DESTINATIONS - this is the biggest fault with Expedia.

~Phileas Fogg: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Phileas Fogg: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Expedia's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Phileas Fogg: For that I would say one out of five.
