GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Expedia customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-251328: While booking a hotel for for one night a computer lag in Expedia's system resulted in a screen that said the site was temporary not taking reservations. it booted me out and I went in to re-book the room. when looking at my credit card I noticed that I had been billed and booked for two rooms. When i called Expedia I spoke to a representative that did not address the problem at and kept repeating my reservation information which was not the problem. Finally I asked to speak to a supervisor. It has now been ** minutes and I have not spoken to the supervisor yet. I will be reporting this experience to the Better Business bureau if this is not resolved* . If the supervisor of customer service is busy talking to customers for ** minutes now that reflects MANY problems. I am especially disappointed because I have used Expedia for MANY years ans never had a problem until now. I have recommended the site to many people as well. I am willing to give them a chance to redeem the status of their
