~Clark Gable: Although I had experian's credit report from my bank I was told I needed the report*directly from experian to get the ** digit*number, without which I could not speak to a live person!! Let's make it as dificult as*possible to solve the problem!! We love *putting an incorrect black mark against you, but we won't make it easy to take it*away!!!!!!!

~Clark Gable: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Clark Gable: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Experian's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Clark Gable: For that I would say five out of five.

~Clark Gable: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Experian to know who you are.
