~TheGirlMel: Holy **** it worked. I am flabbergasted. Surprised. Taken aback. I called the *** number around **:** CST and I kept getting the busy signal. I was so frustrated from trying the automated service for * days and then trying to request a new pin number and it telling me it was unable to process my request that talking to a real person made my day. Robin was extremely helpful and patient with me. He told me how to upload the documents to lift the freeze on my account.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Experian. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Experian problem?
~TheGirlMel: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TheGirlMel: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Experian's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TheGirlMel: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Experian customers?
~TheGirlMel: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Experian to know who you are.
