~MWF: Caught in a phone loop via CTI with no access to a person for ** minutes. Person I reached had no access to explain to me anything - though she was sweet, she just couldn't help. No phone number provided to speak with a Credit advisor and have to wait a week for an appointment. I am an exec in the Service industry. This is the worst experience I've had. New low.

GetHuman: And what about Experian's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MWF: For that I would say five out of five.

~MWF: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Experian to know who you are.
