~waterbabe93: Company has continued to cancel my prescription orders and log it incorrectly, thus leaving me without medicine. I'm forced to use this awful company. I was hoping that with the merge*buyout from Medco to Express Scripts it would get better but it has not. I've even attempted to get better explanation of items on the account, can't get it. I'm better versed in my own insurance benefits and the Express system than their employees are. To make matters worse, when I'm already in pain, because of no meds from their mistake, they chastise me, the customer. Unbelieveable.
