GetHuman-193877: I have been trying to get a prescription for * WEEKS. I have made ** to ** phone calls. The doctor has made two calls and three FAXs and I still don't have my MEDS. Three times I was told I would get a call back to update me on the process and three times I have NOT gotten a call. I have worked with * different suppervisors and God only knows how many other lower level "customer support" people. There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT PERIOD!!! No communication , QA, and NO follow through. Good luck if ES is your only way to get MEDS.
