~anonymous: I have had nothing but trouble with express scripts since they bought out my previous mail order pharmacy. I have no choice but to use them, because my insurance company will not pay any other pharmacy. Last time I called I had to speak to a supervisor to even communicate clearly. They have charged my debit card rather than my flex card, they claim it takes three days before they can "see" an Rx sent by the doctor. They substitute generic without asking. It has been a week and a half since my Dr sent my Rx in and it still hasn't shipped. When I called, I was told there was nothing they could do. I have to go pay out of pocket at my local pharmacy (which I love), because I am out of my medication. I would NOT be a customer if I had a choice.

~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.

~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Express Scripts to know who you are.
