~johnpublic: I have spent tow days dealing with a billing problem which still has not been resolved. It is too bad that Express Scripts took over Medco. Medco had the best customer service I have experienced. Now customer service is non existant, although the customer service people are friendly and accomodating, no action is ever followed up. I have given up and just hope that what I am forced fed will not be harmful to me.
