GetHuman-140932: I've just recently started the MANDATORY mail order for long term prescription with Express Scripts*MedCo. It has been a nightmare with this company getting my prescription to me. Aside from not being inform in advance about the mandatory change of mail order medication in result of paying the medication in full price at a local pharmacy. They have been taking longer to ship out my medication than the time that was informed to me by FIVE representatives AND FOUR so called supervisors. Information were told one day and changed the next day and no one was even a bit helpful in solving the situation. As a paying customer, I am not pleased to be lie to on so many occasions regarding my diabete medications. Medications were faxed to them from doctor's office on ******** and still not yet received on ********. After reading so many bad reviews on this company on many other website, why is Express Script*MedCo still in business??? Do they not realize its people's health*lives they are dealing
