~hate it : Someone needs to start a class-action against the Pharmacy Express Scripts!!! They mess up people money they either take it w*o permission, or don't take it at all & member doesn't know for months then they want it all at once, mess up ppl insurance, can't keep up with the copay assistance programs to help individuals with their copay amts billing them months later & then they won't pay, letting the programs expires & then letting the member be the fall-guy, the ppl in Orlando are LAZY & GOOD FOR NOTHING & helping to make the company more of a mess..WHAT WAS WELLPOINT THINKING!!! in selling their million$ baby to a company that don't know what the **** they are doing!!! Orlando ppl sitting down there in shorts sets & flip-flops must be looking out at the sand or rather got their heads in the sand THIS COMPANY *****!! & why isn't a civil or class action lawsuit been done on them yet..WAKE UP MEMBERS!!! and there are a lot of you that can get this company to start doing right by you or g
